Ronnie is the Principal of Phantom Developments and President & Chief Investment Officer of Strasser Asset Management, with decades of leadership spanning real estate, private investment, and entrepreneurship. A passionate supporter of community initiatives and lifelong racquet sports enthusiast, he brings a strategic vision and deep commitment to growing the sport of Padel globally.
Richard is a leader in the racquet sports industry, owning and operating several of the Greater Toronto Area's premier private and public racquet, fitness, and wellness clubs while spearheading the development of new world-class Padel and pickleball facilities. Alongside his work in sports, he is passionate about growing the game of Padel, building exceptional club experiences and making Miami Padel Club a globally recognized brand.
Samantha brings extensive experience in sports operations and event production, through her work with Maple Leafs Sports & Entertainment, delivering fan experiences across the organization's portfolio of professional teams. Prior to this, Samantha served as Communications Director at Yes Studios. She now brings this unique blend of sports operations, event management, and brand strategy to Miami Padel Club, overseeing the organizations operations.
Davis has over two decades of experience in racquet sports, currently serving as Director of Tennis at York Racquets while leading Miami Padel Club as General Manager and hosting the Pro Padel League Podcast. A dedicated coach and community leader, he has built strong rosters for the Miami Team, leading to multiple victories.
Jose Pablo Arizpe is a former ATP player, longtime member of the U.S. National Padel Team, and one of the most accomplished figures in American Padel, representing the United States at every World Padel Championship from 2014 to 2024. After being drafted by Miami Padel Club as a player in 2023, he transitioned into a coaching role, where his elite competitive experience, leadership, and international perspective continue to drive the club's success.
