When Gonzalo Rubio began playing padel at age seven, it was just a hobby. However, as time progressed he caught the competitive bug, and he hasn’t looked back since. After winning every junior competition available to him, he moved on to the professional padel circuit, pursuing the dream of becoming one of the best in the world. His hard work paid off in 2022, when he climbed 20 positions in the professional rankings in a single season, and and won multiple FIP Tour events.
Always moving forward, Gonzalo is now pursuing a new challenge: winning the PPL Cup alongside the Arkansas Matrix.
