Fans packed the venue once again to witness an unforgettable day of semifinals that determined the two finalists in both the men’s and women’s divisions.
The action began with an intense women’s clash between Ari Sánchez and Andrea Ustero of New York Atlantis, who faced the formidable Flowrida Goats duo of Gemma Triay and Delfina Brea. The Spanish-Argentinian pair from Flowrida Goats took the first set, but Sánchez and Ustero mounted an impressive comeback to win the next two sets 6-3, 10-6, booking their place in Sunday’s championship match.
In the second women’s semifinal, Verónica Virseda and Claudia Jensen of the Stingrays dominated from start to finish against Marta Ortega and Sofía Araujo of Las Vegas Smash. The Stingrays’ duo delivered a near-perfect performance, sealing a commanding victory 6-1, 6-2 to advance to the final.
The men’s semifinals brought even more intensity. The all-Argentine duo of Federico Chingotto and Agustín Tapia from Miami Padel Club faced Juan Rubini and Leandro Augsburger of the Flowrida Goats in a high-energy match that showcased pure power and precision. Chingotto and Tapia proved too strong, claiming a convincing 6-3, 6-2 win to move into the final.
Closing the night, Lucas Bergamini and Jairo Bautista of the Stingrays battled Jon Sanz and Lucas Campagnolo from New York Atlantis. In front of a roaring crowd, Bergamini and Bautista displayed remarkable teamwork and consistency, taking the victory and earning their ticket to the men’s final.
