San Sebastián, July 27, 2025 – The world’s best padel is coming to San Sebastián.
Staying true to its promise of bringing top-tier padel to fans around the world, the Pro Padel League (PPL) has confirmed a new wave of elite players for its San Sebastián event from July 10-13 at the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián. Joining the previously announced stars Agustín Tapia, Ari Sánchez, Marta Ortega, and Jon Sanz are Federico Chingotto (ARG), Gemma Triay (ESP), Delfina Brea (ARG), and Lucas Bergamini (BRA)—making this a must-see stop on the PPL calendar.
These stars will compete in a specially built center court with seating for 1,500 fans. This event not only boosts the PPL’s growing footprint in Europe but also cements San Sebastián as a key locations in the international padel scene.
Women’s Draw: A Clash of Titans
The women’s roster brings together some of the sport’s most iconic names. Gemma Triay and Ari Sánchez, longtime rivals and two of the greatest players in padel history, headline the event. Triay will represent the Flowrida Goats, while Sánchez suits up for the New York Atlantics, promising another chapter in their thrilling on-court rivalry.
Adding depth to the competition is Delfina Brea, currently one of the best in the world and in top form, and Sofía Araújo of Portugal, a force in the leauge. Fan favorite Marta Ortega, known for her rare blend of youth and experience, returns as a pillar of Spanish women’s padel.
Also competing are Jessica Castelló, enjoying a breakout season, and two of the brightest young stars in the game: Andrea Ustero and Alejandra Alonso. Despite their age, both have already proven they can go toe-to-toe with the best in the world, starring in some of the most exciting matches this year.
Men’s Draw: Packed with Firepower
The men’s side promises just as much spectacle. All eyes will be on Agustín Tapia, a global padel sensation known for his electric shot-making. Alongside him is fellow Argentine Fede Chingotto, beloved by fans for his relentless effort and humility. Both will be representing the Miami Padel Club, aiming to lead the team to victory.
Rounding out the field are major international talents like Jon Sanz, who will play close to home and bring his signature intensity, and Lucas Bergamini, one of Brazil’s top competitors and a key figure in recent seasons.
The lineup also includes rising stars such as Pablo Cardona, a powerful newcomer already making waves at the highest level, and Leo Augsburger, known for his aggressive, high-energy style. Keep an eye, too, on Spain’s own Álex Arroyo and seasoned international Juan Tello, a player known for his physicality and competitive fire.

The Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián will transform into the heart of professional padel, featuring a center court for 1,500 spectators. Beyond the action on court, fans can enjoy a vibrant Fan Zone, complete with entertainment, food offerings, and official merchandise.
A VIP area for 350 guests will be available at the club’s restaurant, offering a premium viewing and hospitality experience.
