This month, PPL Team Owners Gabriel Perez of the San Diego Stingrays and Daddy Yankee of the Flowrida GOATS joined CNBC to discuss the rapid growth and popularity of padel across the U.S.
Talking to the host of The Exchange, Perez, who is also the Vice President of the U.S. Padel Association (USPA), shared more about their mission to grow the sport in America and how the PPL is a critical part of their goal to make it one of the most popular sports in the U.S. Perez also stated that he is confident that padel is on track to become an Olympic sport at one of the next two summer Olympics with the appeal it has to the younger generations of players.
