In the PPL’s kick-off exhibition match, retired ATP players Tommy Haas, Juan Martin del Potro, and Jared Palmer hit the Padel court together for the first time with League Commissioner, Marcos del Pilar. Joining them was Daddy Yankee who officiated the exhibition match in the umpire chair before getting out on the Padel court. His first time playing Padel, Daddy Yankee took on Del Potro in a few rallies in a preview of what is to come for their Miami vs. Orlando rivalry coming up in the 2024 season.

Originating in Mexico, the high-octane sport has become one of the fastest-growing sports in the world, gaining increasing popularity in Mexico and Europe and most recently, the U.S. and Canada.
